Everything that is sold on our store is to help improve the quality of your roleplay on our server. Every item bought is a generous donation to us as server, all the money that we make from our store goes straight back into the server to provide for our wonderful community and those who help in the backend.

When you purchase something from our store, we utilize the discord integration system to issue you with your desired store role, this means that you must use the correct discord username when checking out, if you enter the wrong discord name by mistake, open up a store support ticket and one of our lovely store support members will get round to it as soon as they can. To make a ticket please join our Discord Server and you'll be able to make it. If you've entered your discord username correctly, you'll be issued with your role within 5-10 minutes after purchase, if it's been any longer than the specified time, open a store support ticket. Alternatively , you can run the command /claim via the Tebex bot and that will push any transactions forward and you should receive your role(s).

NOTE: All purchases made with MFRP are final. There are no refunds or exchanges made after purchase.
